We are delighted to head to Atlanta, June 14-16th, for the 16th Annual AUCCCO conference. Atlanta is described as the “The Cradle of the modern Civil Rights Movement” and is home to many Universities and Colleges including some prominent Historically Black Colleges and Universities who are engaging in some inspiring outreach work. Each of your voices matter and we want to celebrate all the work you are doing! This is a crucial time for us to reclaim our expertise and knowledge, center our need to rest and care for ourselves as we care for others, and to rise up to recognize our roots as advocates committed to equity, justice and the inclusion of under-represented populations in our communities. We would like this conference to ground us in our purpose and identities as outreach professionals. We hope you will make plans to be there!
